Tottenham striker Harry Kane hoping to be fit for Champions League final

Harry Kane celebrated on the pitch after the full-time whistle

Harry Kane revealed he hopes to be fit for Tottenham’s Champions League final against Liverpool after watching his side beat Ajax in a thrilling semi-final.

Kane, who has not played since April 9 due to an ankle injury, was at the Johan Cruyff Arena as Lucas Moura scored a last-gasp winner to complete an incredible comeback, booking Spurs’ place in the final on away goals after a 3-3 draw on aggregate.

The England striker ran onto the pitch at the full-time whistle to celebrate with his elated team-mates and manager.

The final takes place in Madrid on June 1 and Kane is hoping that he will play a part.
